Impresario & Co-operator of European Music Agents in Germany

Job description

Impresario and Co-ordinator at European Music Agents, representative in Germany.

European Music Agents is a collective of impresarios in Europe, founded by experienced musicians, with the objective to promote and initiate quality concerts by ensembles and artists. It works on a non-profit basis, for and by musicians. Do not expect a commercial fee, but see the combination of strengths as an advantage compared to generating publicity for and by a single ensemble. The fee consists of a percentage of the wages of the ensembles.

The promotion is done through a newsletter, website, and direct contacts. The network is expanded by (personal) contacts and knowledge of the European concert life, experienced as a performer. Of the ensembles themselves, we expect that they actively participate in networking. Due to the small scale we can offer our customers personal approach and directly respond to their needs.

We strive for clarity and quality instead of quantity. The aim is a fund of up to twenty ensembles with a wide range of (thematic) concert programs. We work from the principle that by joining forces we generate more possibilities. More about the organization...
